The Village of Waynesville on April 21 adopted Ordinance No. 2025-011, authorizing the Village Manager to execute an addendum to the contract with Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. that sets prices for the next three years. The council voted 6-0 to waive the two-reading rule and then voted 6-0 to adopt the ordinance as an emergency.
