Council moved to form a Community Center Board and adopt its bylaws. Sharon Monroe made the motion to appoint the Community Center Board with the City Secretary serving as president, council members as board members, and Jonathan Meeks named as a board member; Bob Sutherland seconded and the motion passed unanimously (5-0). The council also approved the bylaws as written and authorized opening a bank account for the Community Center.
