Following an executive session under Texas Government Code §§551.071 and 551.074, the Commissioners Court voted to post the Constable Precinct 4 job opening in local newspapers and on the county website and to include the required qualifications and experience in the posting. Commissioner T. J. Foley moved the action and Commissioner Kyle Workman seconded; the motion carried.
