At its Nov. 13 meeting, Bynum ISD recorded 88 votes for the Hill County Appraisal District board and approved a motion to allocate 84 votes to Robert Craig Tipton and one vote each to four other nominees; the motion passed unanimously.

The Bynum ISD Board of Trustees recorded that the district had 88 votes to cast for the Hill County Appraisal District board of directors and approved an allocation of those votes Nov. 13. Vice President Robert Hopson moved to give 84 votes to Robert Craig Tipton and one vote each to the remaining four nominees; Trustee Griff Harris seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
