Planning staff presented a planned-development amendment for property on US Highway 64 that would add land and uses for a warehouse/distribution and truck parking operation. Alexis Longstreet (Division of Planning and Development) summarized the outline-plan conditions and noted the item had previously been considered by the Land Use Control Board.
