Dedrick Bridal, representing the applicant, said one condition (f.4) appeared in the Land Use Control Board materials but had not been requested by the applicant. Bridal asked staff to delete that specific condition because it conflicted with other language and was not part of the applicant's submitted conditions; he submitted a letter from a neighboring property owner supporting the expansion.
Planning staff and the applicant agreed to meet and try to resolve the discrepancy before the next committee meeting; the committee voted to send the item down without recommendation so the parties could finalize revisions by the next meeting.
