Landfill Director Paul Klose explained the current gas extraction well meter owned by Mar-Oco has a fading screen and is intermittently unreadable. The purchase of a new gas extraction meter was identified in the 2026 budget, and the committee approved the purchase (Motion Lavarda/Hoyer). The minutes record the motion carried with no negative votes.
