During its June 22 meeting the Comanche County Excise Board acknowledged multiple appropriation transfers between departmental accounts. The minutes list specific moves including $3,000 from Sheriff salary to Sheriff M&O and $31,000 from General Gov't M&O to General Gov't Capital Outlay, as well as smaller transfers converting M&O lines to benefit lines for the Treasurer and Assessor and several transfers within Sheriff funding assistance grant accounts.
The minutes record the transfers in tabular fashion: "FROM SHERIFF SALARY $3,000.00 TO SHERIFF M&O $3,000.00" and "FROM GENERAL GOV’T M&O $31,000.00 TO GENERAL GOV’T CAP OUTLAY $31,000.00," plus entries for Treasurer ($50 to benefits), Assessor ($187 to benefits) and multiple Sheriff funding-assistance grant reallocations totaling several thousand dollars across benefits, M&O, travel and capital outlay. The board noted the transfers and had no related transfer approvals or appropriation requests to consider at the meeting.
