Facilities Authority approves minutes, hears reports and adjourns

At the June 15 meeting the Comanche County Facilities Authority approved the minutes of June 8 and routine claims, received reports from the jail administrator and emergency management director, and adjourned with no new business or public comment.
The Comanche County Facilities Authority convened at 9:00 a.m. on June 15, 2026 in Room 302 of the Comanche County Courthouse. Chair Johnny Owens called the meeting to order and County Clerk 1st Deputy Lynn Bentley called the roll; members Johnny Owens, Ryan John and Josh Powers were present.
Josh Powers moved to approve the acceptance of the minutes of June 8, 2026; Ryan John seconded and the motion passed with Powers, John and Owens voting aye. After routine reports and approvals the authority had no new business and Vice-Chair Ryan John moved to adjourn; Josh Powers seconded and the meeting was adjourned following a unanimous aye vote.
There were no public comments during the meeting. Signatures at the end of the minutes show Carrie Tubbs as County Clerk; the minutes were signed by Chairman Johnny Owens and attested by Vice-Chair Ryan John.
