Council voted unanimously to pass Resolution 2026-08, which authorizes the Village to apply for and accept grant funds from the Hiram Community Trust and ratifies prior actions covered by the resolution. Councilmember Graham Rubin moved to suspend the rules and then moved to pass the resolution; both motions carried 6-0.
