The council authorized replacement of the St. Maries Library heat pump and air handler, approving a quote from PIP Air Conditioning and Heating LLC for $11,342.61 at the March 24 meeting. Councilor Sabrina Powell moved the contract approval and Councilor Doug Ryan seconded; the motion passed with recorded yes votes from the councilors in attendance.
