The Planning Board approved a site-plan modification at 99 Holiday Mountain Road to construct a 50-by-90-foot pole barn intended to store ski-hill and summer-camp equipment such as jet skis and portable snow guns. Project engineer Glenn Smith noted there will be no bathrooms or running water in the structure, eliminating the need for water or sewer connections and a SWPPP. Attorney Steve Vegliante advised the board that the action is a SEQR Type 2 and does not require a negative declaration.
Board members asked about potential leaks from stored machinery and emphasized any leaks must be addressed properly. Matt Sickler confirmed the submitted elevations are acceptable. Michael Hoyt moved to approve the modification and Christina Cellini seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
