Bastrop ISD projects continuing growth; boundary changes proposed for 2025-26
Zonda Education and district staff reported 31 active subdivisions (~4,200 buildable lots) and 19 planned subdivisions (~21,600 lots); enrollment projections show more than 16,200 students by 2029-30 and about 19,300 by 2034-35, prompting proposed elementary and middle school boundary adjustments for 2025-26.
