County and contractor mutually terminate Bridge 336 contract with SJCA

County Attorney Steve Olson told commissioners the termination agreement with SJCA concerns Bridge 336 and reflects a mutual decision by the highway department and the contractor to pause work and revisit the project at a later date.
"From time to time, we get down the road with a project where we determine it's either not the right time...we might mutually determine that now is not going to be when we proceed forward," Olson said. Commissioners approved the termination by unanimous voice vote.
