The Bells ISD Board of Trustees voted 7-0 Feb. 10 to create two new staff positions for the 2025–26 school year: a Behavior Specialist at Bells Elementary School and a secondary English/Language Arts position. Cole Kimberling moved for the creation of the positions and Gary Payne seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
