District staff and counsel summarized the new statutory requirement (HB7013) that special districts adopt annual goals, develop performance measures and post an initial report. Mrs. Adams, Mr. Pires and Mr. Adams highlighted Community Communication and Engagement, Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance, and Financial Transparency and Accountability as the key program areas for FY2025. The Board approved the proposed Goals and Objectives and the Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting Form on a unanimous vote.
