The River Ridge Community Development District Board adopted Resolution 2024‑07, approving the annual appropriations and adopting the budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025. The public hearing opened and closed with no public speakers; Mrs. Adams recorded that "No affected property owners or members of the public spoke." The adoption followed a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, and carried unanimously.
