Kandis Krueger, Director of Inclusive Learning, and Natalie Jones, Chief Academic Officer, presented the district’s Special Programs and Inclusive Learning report, saying "This year BISD is transitioning from an early exit program to a one-way dual language program." The presentation included counts of emergent bilingual students by grade, totaling 250 students with 181 designated ESL students.
