Council member Charlie Shafer moved that Public Works Director Daniel Shirley contact the company Spectrum to request removal of cable left behind in the city after previous work. Brian Jones seconded and the motion carried, 4 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent. Shafer said he had spoken with Phillip Mullen regarding the cleanup.
