The Cheney City Council approved Resolution F-474 on Feb. 24, 2026, adopting an MOU-based approach to address homelessness. Mr. Ableman introduced the memorandum of understanding; Councilmember Barthels moved for approval and Councilmember Hahn seconded. The motion carried with Councilmembers Long and Belock voting nay.
