Manana Hutchinson told listeners that Resolution 16057 would authorize the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds to fund city road projects. “That's actually that's authorizing the issuance and awarding on the sale, and these are the bonds that help to pay for city road projects the upcoming year,” Hutchinson said.
