Blanco ISD approves interlocal cooperative purchasing agreement with Sourcewell
Trustees unanimously approved an Interlocal Agreement for Cooperative Purchasing between Blanco ISD and Sourcewell during the Dec. 15 meeting, authorizing staff to use cooperative purchasing options available through Sourcewell.

At the Dec. 15 meeting, Trustee Kathy Kersten moved and Trustee Stephen Mackey seconded approval of an Interlocal Agreement for Cooperative Purchasing between Blanco ISD and Sourcewell; the motion passed unanimously. The agreement authorizes the district to use cooperative purchasing contracts or catalogs provided through Sourcewell, which may be used to procure goods and services without separate competitive procurements in each instance.
