Cedar Hill ISD board approves project management services after split vote
The Cedar Hill ISD Board of Trustees approved a Superintendent-recommended Project Management Services contract on Oct. 29, 2024, by a 4–1–1 vote; Trustee Dr. Denise Roache-Davis moved the measure and Ramona Ross-Bacon seconded. Ayanna Cabrera-Cook opposed and Denishea Williams abstained.

On Oct. 29, 2024 the Cedar Hill ISD Board of Trustees approved Project Management Services recommended by the Superintendent following discussion in open session. Dr. Denise Roache-Davis moved to approve the recommendation and Ramona Ross-Bacon seconded; the motion passed 4–1–1, with Trustee Ayanna Cabrera-Cook voting no and Trustee Denishea Williams abstaining.
