The BRYAN ISD Board reconvened Oct. 21 after a closed session and approved three administrative hires. Trustee Ruthie Waller moved to approve 'Tommy' as Executive Director of Human Resources; Trustee Mark McCall seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
