Facilities staff reported maintenance and repair items across county courthouses and buildings. For the Asheville Courthouse, staff said they located a leak and capped it until a coil replacement can be completed; the coil was estimated at $6,956.80. Staff also identified fan-motor replacements for several cassette units (estimated $2,276.29 total) and a hydraulic flex-hose assembly for the Bagby (Pell City) elevator that a vendor inspection said was past due ($3,670 estimate).
