Council introduced ordinance 20 26-12 to remove a Decatur Cultural Connections seat from the Public Arts Commission and adjust composition, then voted to table the ordinance to the next meeting so the arts commission can nominate a replacement.

Council heard a staff explanation of a proposed amendment to the Public Arts Commission ordinance that would remove the board seat previously reserved for Decatur Cultural Connections after that organization dissociated. Staff said the ordinance would adjust the nine-member board composition and asked council to consider the change.
