Commissioners authorize $30,000 contract with Hancock Public Health for solid-waste enforcement

The board approved Resolution #117-26 contracting with Hancock Public Health for enforcement duties under Ohio Revised Code Sections 3734.01–3734.13 for 2026, with a contract amount of $30,000. Cindy Land said the EPA requires the work.
