County OKs $7,000 agreement for Nilan Bridge ROW plan on Sheepskin Trail
The board approved a $7,000 Letter of Agreement with Gibson Thomas Engineering to develop a Right-Of-Way plan for the Nilan Bridge segment of the Sheepskin Trail; the agreement uses no general funds, and Arthur Cappella was authorized to sign in PennDOT’s ECMS for county bridges and the trail project.
