Hancock County approved two change orders to NWO Property Services adding $6,187.50 in extra brush/bank removal work across two change orders, increasing project totals to $4,500 and $12,437.50 respectively.

The Hancock County Board approved two change orders for the county's 2025 ditch maintenance project administered under a contract with NWO Property Services of Lima. Cindy Land presented Change Order No. 2, which adds $1,000 for extra brush removal and brings that line item total to $4,500. She also presented Change Order No. 1 adding $5,187.50 for additional brush and bank removal, for a new total of $12,437.50 on that contract line. Both measures passed 3-0.
