Commissioners approve change orders increasing ditch maintenance contract totals

County staff described the additional work as brush and bank removals encountered beyond the scope of the original contract. Commissioners approved both orders without recorded amendments and directed staff to proceed with the adjusted work plan and associated billing adjustments.
