The Canton ISD Board of Trustees voted April 21 to approve an Open Educational Resources (OER) Transition Plan and to adopt Bluebonnet Learning for K–3 foundational phonics for the 2025–26 school year. The motion by Josh Wilkerson, seconded by Jack Thelen, carried 7–0.
