Trustees approved a purchase from CoolVu, an SRO MOU with the City of Gladewater, raised the micro‑purchase threshold to $25,000, updated CNB account authorizations, and approved the district and campus improvement plans; motions carried 6–0.

At the Oct. 21 meeting, the Gladewater ISD board approved a package of operational items, from a vendor purchase to policy-level procurement changes. Trustee Cori Arevalo moved to approve a purchase from CoolVu; Trustee Rickie Blackmon seconded and the motion carried 6–0.
