The Deuel County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 2026-009 authorizing the County Board Chairperson to sign the County Annual Certification of Program Compliance for 2026 to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards. The resolution cites Nebraska statutes including sections 39-2115, 39-2119, 39-2120, 39-2121 and 39-2510(2). Commissioner Jim Reichman moved approval, Commissioner Jean Timm seconded, and the vote was recorded Klingman, aye; Reichman, aye; Timm, aye.
