Board authorizes superintendent to finalize interdistrict MOU for evacuation transportation
Trustees authorized Mr. Jay Ratcliff to approve an MOU among Harleton ISD, Ore City ISD and New Diana ISD to provide transportation support during a district evacuation event. The motion passed unanimously as recorded; terms of the MOU were not presented in the minutes.

At the Nov. 12 meeting, the Harleton ISD Board passed a motion authorizing Mr. Jay Ratcliff to approve an interdistrict memorandum of understanding with Ore City ISD and New Diana ISD for mutual assistance with transportation during a school district evacuation. The motion was moved by Harvey Fox and seconded by Pat Mc Gill; recorded votes listed Brad Nixon, Kevin Evers, Kevin Wright and Jacob Muehlstein in favor and none opposed.
