At its Sept. 10 meeting, the Harleton ISD board approved a motion to retain Eichelbaum Wardell Hanson Powell & Munoz, P.C. as the district's legal counsel for the 2024–2025 school year. The motion was made by Pat Mc Gill and seconded by Kevin Wright; recorded votes in favor included Brad Nixon, Harvey Fox, Kevin Evers, Brian Degner and Jacob Muehlstein.
