The Gregory-Portland ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved a professional services contract with Studio Red Architects on July 28, 2025, to design two projects funded by Bond 2025: a Visual and Performing Arts Academic Center and Career & Technical Education additions and renovations. The award was made pursuant to RFQ #2425-04 and carried on a 7–0 roll call vote after a motion by trustee Mark Roach and a second from trustee Nicole Nolen.
