The Public Works Committee approved two professional service contracts with Johnson Controls Fire Protection for fire system code upgrades, one for the elevator modernization project at the Public Safety Building and a second for similar work at the Courthouse. Each contract was authorized under General Municipal Law §104(b) for amounts not to exceed $9,047.30 and effective from Aug. 11, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2026.
