The committee approved a personnel promotion to fill a corporal position in the corrections division after the previously promoted officer requested a return to a corrections officer post. Chair explained the earlier promotee "didn't like that spot" and had gone back to corrections, so the committee moved and approved promoting a corporal to fill the vacancy.
