On Oct. 14 the Cleveland County Budget Board approved cash‑fund requests to reinstate lapsed appropriations for FY2025/2026 and a separate lapsed‑appropriations item for FY2023/2024. Rod Cleveland moved the FY2025/2026 lapsed‑appropriations package and Chris Amason seconded; the board recorded the motion as carried by unanimous vote.
