Jarrell ISD board authorizes personnel changes after closed session

After recessing into closed session under the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Jarrell ISD Board returned to open session and took several personnel actions. The board approved additional positions (motion by Dave Lovelace, seconded by Ginger Martinez), accepted resignations (motion by Tamara Dozier, seconded by Dave Lovelace), and approved employment recommendations (motion by Ginger Martinez, seconded by Jennifer Gadison); according to the minutes each motion passed unanimously.
The minutes list the actions taken but do not include job titles, the number of positions added, the names of resigning employees, or the names of newly employed staff.
