Board says park lease contract missing requested terms; will return redline to lessee
Board members said a lease contract from LR did not include terms the village had requested; the board plans to prepare a redline and send it back to the lessee as it works to finalize park arrangements.

Committee member (speaker 3) updated the board on park negotiations, saying staff and the lessee remain in discussion but there are outstanding contract terms. On the record, S3 said the contract sent by LR "did not contain everything that we've requested for the 10th time" and the village plans to assemble a redline copy and return it to LR for further negotiation.
