LED sign replacement bids presented; trustees table decision

Dowdy noted the Village could use TIF funds to pay for replacement but, after discussion about repair difficulty and parts availability, the Board tabled the decision.
No motion to purchase was passed at the Sept. 8 meeting; trustees requested further review of bids and funding sources before taking formal action.
