Margie Spence sought to re-open an area-variance request to build a 12'x10' front deck with three stairs, placing the structure 3 feet from the front property line where 25 feet is required and increasing lot coverage to 48% where 30% is allowed (CODE 190-11). The board noted the request had been denied more than a year earlier.
