Clerk Judy Voss summarized the town’s current zoning provisions after being asked to look into a trailer issue on Seneca Point Road. She cited Chapter 170 (updated May 2023), which permits certain lake-residential uses and allows a guest’s recreational vehicle to remain on a lot for up to three weeks; earlier language that permitted up to two owner-owned recreational vehicles and 160-day stays was removed in the new code.
Supervisor Daniel Marshall said the summer was nearly over and the board would address possible code changes later; Clerk Voss suggested the Planning Board review Chapter 157 (1963) at the board’s direction. No ordinance or code change was adopted at the meeting; the item was left for future discussion during the budget and Planning Board review process.
