Lampasas ISD board adopts Construction Manager at Risk delivery method for facilities project
On May 5 the Lampasas ISD board adopted a resolution selecting Construction Manager at Risk as the delivery method for the district project; the motion passed unanimously following a second by Harvey Stinnett. The board also delegated contracting authority to the superintendent and later selected WRA as architect.

The Lampasas Independent School District Board of Education voted May 5 to adopt Construction Manager at Risk as the selected method of delivery for an upcoming facilities project. The resolution was moved by Sam Walker, seconded by Harvey Stinnett, and passed with all board members present voting yes.
