On Sept. 9 the Magnolia ISD Board approved Motion No. 6050 to accept a final change order for Audubon Elementary's construction contract with B&C Constructors. Trustee Jordan Blake moved and Trustee Stacia Norris seconded the motion to decrease the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by $176,640.38; the board recorded the revised GMP as $34,030,902.11.
