Design lead for the project explained that the hospital’s operational needs differ from a conventional office campus and require additional and clearer wayfinding. The petition requests a total site sign area of 865 square feet where the PUD allows 672 square feet, six monument signs instead of two, larger monument height at the Lacey Road entrance, increased window sign area and directional signs of up to six square feet instead of two.
