After the Priory item was continued, the commission moved to administrative matters. Members voted to reconstitute a subcommittee to review undergrounding policy and feasibility and confirmed members (committee composition recorded in the packet). Public comment urged attention to fire-safety rationales and prior analyses; commissioners said the subcommittee would focus on practicability and feasibility of undergrounding programs.
