Lake County Schools confirmed the school-based teacher mentoring program will continue this year with the same eligibility and requirements, and that the $500 stipend for mentors remains unchanged. District staff (S1) said Edge Foundation confirmed funding for the program and that the total matched last year’s amount, which S1 recalled as roughly $50,000.
