Committee votes and referrals: grants and ordinance moved to full council
The Community and Public Safety Committee voted to refer two grant appropriation ordinances (ODOT grants for street takeovers and expanded traffic enforcement) and an amended psychedelics deprioritization ordinance to full council; two grants were referred with differing vote margins and the ordinance was advanced as amended.
