Board members discussed upcoming training and planning opportunities and agreed on dates to ensure full participation. December 9, 2024 was identified as a date all members could attend for a planning/training session; February 3, 2025 was also agreed as a date for another session. A separate new-board member training originally scheduled for Dec. 2 was noted as unavailable for Trustee Tracy Myers and will be rescheduled.
